Dr. Rupal Shah is a distinguished ophthalmologist with over 30 years of experience, practicing at the Centre for Sight in Juhu, Mumbai. An esteemed member of the International Society of Refractive Surgery and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Dr. Shah has been a trailblazer in laser vision correction. After graduating with MBBS and MS in ophthalmology from Topiwala National Medical College, Bombay University in 1992, she further honed her skills in refractive surgery in Germany.

Her specialization in LASIK, ReLeX, and Blade Free technology marks her as a pioneer in the field, having conducted some of the earliest laser refractive surgeries in 1994. Dr. Shah's contributions to ReLEx methods, including SMILE and FLEx, as well as her work on Photo Therapeutic Keratectomy and Presbyopia Correction, are widely recognized. She has performed over 25,000 laser procedures and remains a dedicated mentor, having trained over 600 ophthalmologists.
