He completed his MBBS from Utkal University and pursued his MD in Psychiatry from the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. Dr. Biswal further specialized with a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Neurosciences and Therapeutics in Schizophrenia, solidifying his expertise in complex neuropsychiatric disorders.
