Dr. Arvinder Singh Soin is a pioneering liver transplant surgeon and the Chairman of the Liver Transplantation and Regenerative Medicine department at Medanta, The Medicity in Gurgaon, India. Since performing the country’s first successful liver transplant in 1998, he has established one of the largest and most successful liver transplant programs globally, completing over 5,000 transplants with a remarkable 95% success rate.

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Dr. Soin has conducted more than 12,000 complex surgeries involving the liver, gallbladder, and bile ducts. His extensive experience and dedication to the field have made him a sought-after expert, receiving referrals from across South Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

Dr. Soin's contributions extend beyond clinical practice; he is recognized for his groundbreaking research and has published over 110 research papers. Awarded the Padma Shri in 2010, he remains committed to advancing liver transplantation in India through education, mentorship, and innovative care.
